From many decades all the scientists are trying to make contact with the alien civilization if they exist but all in vien.  Many have devoted there whole life in it. But what would happen if any of the developed country was successful in making contact and hide it from the rest of the world, firstly it all depends upon the Government and the security agencies, like in the case of USA we have came across area 51 which is bealived to be for the alien research and the govt was successful in hidding it with rest of the world. As today we are seeing mars as a good option for reciting and transforming it but our natural satellite moon is even closer than the red planet and it is just a 3 day trip to it so, we would require less fuel and energy as compared to the planet Mars. At initial stage of transformation we have to create an whole atmosphere as we are transforming whole moon . For that we have to bombard our moon with ice comets which carry water in ice form as there are many which are in space . After bombarding moon with ice comets the moon's surface will have water as comets have water in ice form and that water will eventually vaporise and slower and slower green house effect will work with some other gases in the atmosphere and we are half done.
